Eating healthy with fresh fruits and more green and plenty of exercises each day can helps a person to maintain his or her ideal weight. An ideal is most calculated by the height of a person to his weight and the average calculation for men ideal weight is around one inches to 2.2 pounds and for female is an average around 1.82 pounds to one inches.
