Don't get into hungry, eat if you are hungry but only a small portions and also try to created your own low carb diet.
Do daily exercises to keep your body fit and also to get rids of unwanted calories. There is no point wrapping bandages around the waist or thight if a persons does not exercise or does not eat nutritions food. So do your daily exerice and forget about foods thats has high calories such as fried and oily food.
